In this 4 week course you will discover the power of Yoga, how the elements of Yoga improve your performance, oxygen intake and utilisation, injury prevention, and strengthen your muscular system.
Through the 4 week course you will learn new breathing techniques, discover different movements and ways in which you can improve strength, stability and flexibility, minimising injury, and developing a stronger mind & body connection.
This is suitable for any Runners; beginners - advanced.
You will also recieve videos to go away with that will ensure you can continue your practices at home.
